Everyone one is welcome to join, as Yoga is meant for every body!  Our approach to Yoga at The Yoga Sanctuary is unique and affective.  Basic Hatha poses are combined with Pranayama (Breathing), Mudras, Meditation and healing techniques offering a uniquely personal experience.  Many health benefits can be discovered with a consistant, personal practice.
